- It seems many members of our human family still regard Alaska as a chosen destination, one to be visited before all others. And perhaps, somewhat related to the same inscrutable system of values, Kansas is deemed the least-chosen destination to be visited before the end of time... at least in my experience. I have lived in both places and feel somewhat qualified to address the mystery contained within those disparate values. Having sailed the Inside Passage for over 5,000 miles, and now, having lived in tall grass country for over ten years, my footage speaks to the issues, and my narratives inform at least my observations. 'What are you doing in Kansas' is a question posed frequently. This piece is my response.
- HOW DO I SHOW THE OCEAN SPACE YOU CARRIED INSIDE YOU? looks at the way that life and death are not two separate elements but are constantly changing one another. The site where this intermingling and transforming happens is the human body. The film explores the life and work of the Gujarati poet, playwright, director and actor Bhadrakant Zaveri, who was fatally injured in a bomb blast in 1993. Bharati Kapadia highlights the key features of their twenty-four-year relationship to highlight the transformative power of love and show that life and love take on many bodies. While narrating the story of the two protagonists, the film encapsulates the transformation of the vibrant city formerly known as Bombay.

- My film is a story on the production of the film with my own version of the back story of the legend of the Blair Witch. I live just outside of Washington, DC and shot the film in all the locations that were in the original film. I serve as host at places such as Seneca Creek State Park, Brunswick, MD., and of course Burkittsville, MD. My back-story of the witch is a three part story in the film. My version uses many of the parts from The Curse of The Blair Witch but has its originalities. We see how the witch came to Burkittsville, the atrocities she commits, and her lasting legend on the area.
